Despite the difficulties and restrictions that characterised the whole of 2020, CMM was again busy this year with important maintenance and refitting work, in Italy and France where its main offices are located, and in other European countries including Norway, Portugal and Switzerland. As every season, it guaranteed service and maintenance to thethe new Ferretti Group yachts (Ferretti Yacht, Pershing, Itama, Riva, Mochi Craft, Custom Line)and to those with a few more "moto hours" of their own owners.

It was a particularly complicated year, but it did not hinder the company's plans to complete its projects within the timeframe dictated by the arrival of the summer season.

CMM has been involved in major refits involving boats from 18 to 42 metres, dealing with repainting, installation of Seakeeper outriggers and actual conversions.

A change of layout is exactly what has been carried out on a 2005 Pershing 62 on which, in addition to the total repainting of the exterior in silver pearl, the replacement of the solid teak and the complete overhaul of the engine room, CMM has made a significant interior makeover. The main saloon was literally transformed with the creation of a very large and very comfortable leather sofa and a full wall cabinet complete with every convenience (hideaway TV, ice maker, refrigerator, etc.). In the dinette on the lower level, a spacious and organised room has been created, equipped with a wine cellar, a refrigerator with drawers, a ventilated oven, a large induction hob and a spacious steel sink, all enhanced by a beautiful quartz top.

There was also no shortage of major PPG and gelcoat refinishing and repainting, which saw the team busy on a Pershing 92, a Ferretti 650 and several Custom Line shuttles.

As an official Seakeeper installation and service centre, the company has also ensured its service, installing 2 Seakeeper 16 and 1 Seakeeper 9 on a Custom Line 120, 1 Seakeeper 9 on an Azimut 55, and 1 Seakeeper 6 on a Pershing 5x, as well as numerous service and maintenance operations.

This year was also the year that saw CMM play a leading role in the field of sales of boats, with the closure of important contracts. Its great technical expertise, experience in the sector, and customer care in after-sales service prompted CMM to expand its activities to the sale of boats.

In fact, for the past couple of years, the company has been investing in its own staff by setting up an in-house sales department, capable of responding to the needs and advising each customer in the best possible way, guaranteeing an all-round service to its own and future ship-owners eager for new routes.
