9/10/11/12 February 2016 – The CMM technicians are taking part in the annual meeting with the Service University, the refresher course and vocational education school for all the experts working in the Ferretti after-sale service.

Service University bases its own philosophy on a wide range of educational proposals, which get updated and enriched with new subjects every year in order to involve wide expertise: managerial skill, customer satisfaction and technical, commercial and operational competence.

During these meetings the CMM Yacht Servicetechnical  have deepened their electronic / mechanical skills, particularly regarding Saim products, Besenzoni and OPAC Group.

Classroom training, addressed to various professional expertise and operating within the service points, has alternated visits and training-on-the-job-site and on board vessels, with the goal of assisting the various stages of production process and maintenance of the different parts and systems.


The four training days were concluded with a meeting in which Service Point and After Sale Ferretti discussed on daily management of issues of Service, in order to facilitate the exchange of information and suggestions for continuous improvement.

Guaranteeing excellent products to the Clients has always been one of the priorities of the Ferretti Group. That is why we believe that the Service Points are basically instrumental to assure to the Ship owner, in every moment, the pleasure to enjoy the sea on board of a motor yacht of the Group.
