24-25 February 2014 – The CMM technicians are taking part in the annual meeting with the Service University, the refresher course and vocational education school for all the experts working in the Ferretti after-sale service.

Service University bases its own philosophy on a wide range of educational proposals, which get updated and enriched with new subjects every year in order to involve wide expertise: managerial skill, customer satisfaction and technical, commercial and operational competence.



During these meetings the CMM Yacht Service technicians have analyzed their electronic/mechanical skills concerning, in particular, the ZF products.



Also, the new models of the Pershing and Ferretti production have been presented:

– PERSHING 62, a sport yacht with an imposing line but elegant, spacious and comfortable both for guests and for ship owner.

– FERRETTI 690 characterized by a deep renovation of the external lines which highlight its sport nature thanks to the sleek imposing profile and the use of large glass panels that give a sense of lightness externally and permit to increase the natural light internally.

– FERRETTI 960, the biggest planing pleasure ship ever constructed by the Italian shipyards so far.

The two educational days have been concluded by a “WORKSHOP” in which Service Point and After Sale Ferretti have debated about the daily management of the Service activity, with the aim of facilitating the exchange of information and advice for a continuous improvement.

Guaranteeing excellent products to the Clients has always been one of the priorities of the Ferretti Group. That is why we believe that the Service Points are basically instrumental to assure to the Ship owner, in every moment, the pleasure to enjoy the sea on board of a motor yacht of the Group.
